unclean counter used spoons
The building had a historical look. The staff was helpful.
My room was not cleaned well. I left used spoons, but they were not replaced. The counter was also not cleaned. It was disappointing.

The location is central to many attractions. It is a short walk to the main shopping areas. I liked that I could easily walk to many restaurants. The hotel has good access to public transportation.
The room service menu was limited. I found few options suited my dietary needs. It needs more variety.

convenient location nice staff clean room
The location was convenient. The staff was nice. The cleanliness of the room impressed me. The check-out was easy and quick. I also found the bed very comfortable. The hotel ensured a taxi was ready for my airport transfer.
The price felt a bit high considering breakfast was not included.

insufficient heating scruffy paintwork
staff at the hotel was friendly i suppose and the location was acceptable.
i was disappointed my room was so cold and the heating was not enough to warm it properly. this made it very unpleasant. i also notice the walls looked a bit scruffy and needed new paint.
